As the owner of the Charles Martin Watch Company, Martin has a deep connection with watches and believes every watch should be handled with the utmost care.

Martin is extremely passionate about his work. His devotion to his highly skilled team who work at the Charles Martin “Centre of Excellence” in Lichfield is a priority – not just to the care of the world’s finest watches, but also to passing their skills on to generations to come.

With that said Charles Martin is an official service centre for Omega, Longines, Rado and Tissot branded watches.

We’re also a UK service centre for Glycine and Meccaniche Veloci watches.

Other watch brands that we service include Rolex, Breitling, Oris, Panerai, IWC, Cartier and TAG Heuer to name just a few.
