Pre-paid Fully Insured postal pack sent out to your address for the watch to be shipped to us for the service.
Upon receipt the watch case, bracelet and bezel are separated. Watch movement is removed from the case. Case, bracelet and bezel are cleaned both ultrasonically and with a state of the art steam cleaner before being polished to as new condition (polish is optional based on customer preference). The movement is completely stripped and any worn or damaged components are replaced using genuine parts. The watch movement is then cleaned in a specialist machine. The watch movement is then put back together, re-lubricated, re-assembled in to the watch case and new battery fitted.
All seals are then replaced and the water pressure is tested. All work is guaranteed for a minimum of 24 months.
We will then contact you to agree return of the watch. Once agreed watch will then be posted back to your address using fully insured guaranteed next working day delivery.

A deposit of 10% secures this watch. We will then contact you to arrange collection or delivery and organize payment of the remaining balance.
