How does the process of selling a watch work?
Submit a request valuation or pop into our shop. Once the price is agreed, we make the payment within 24 hours.
Please note that the price quoted is based upon assumptions of the watch, once we have confirmed we are happy the sale will proceed based on the condition of the watch.
I want to part-exchange but can't find the watch I'm looking for?
We do offer part-exchange on watches, if you can't find the watch you're looking for, we can look to source this for you.
Do I get more for my watch if I part-exchange it?
We appreciate loyalty at Charles Martin, therefore we do provide higher part-exchange prices than cash only. With all purchases we also include a Charles Martin guarantee which includes a buy-back guarantee. Please see more information above.
Can I sell my watch on consignment?
Yes, we offer part-exchange, consignment and cash purchases. Get in contact for an accurate quote.
Can I post my watch?
We have our own transit insurance to cover any losses but please ensure you have tracking and keep proof.
What watch brands are you currently buying?
Breitling, Cartier, Longines, Omega, Oris, Panerai, Tag Heuer, Tudor and Rolex.
