Pre-paid Fully Insured postal pack sent out to your address for the watch to be shipped to us for the service.
Upon receipt the watch case, bracelet and bezel are separated. Watch movement removed from case. Case, bracelet and bezel are cleaned both ultrasonically and with a state of the art steam cleaner before being polished and refinished to as new condition. Watch is then re-assembled and regulated.
We will then contact you to agree return of the watch. Once agreed watch will then be posted back to your address using fully insured guaranteed next working day delivery.
