Due to the vast amount of watches on the market and the variety of repairs, creating a standardise pricelist is difficult. Therefore, our team provide quotes on a watch-by-watch basis however, for a guideline please see our starting prices belows:

How long does a service take?
Once an estimate is approved we take between 20-25 working days to fully service a watch. This is dependant on a variety of factors which could reduce or increase the time.
These could include part requirements.
Can I post my watch?
Yes of course, you can post directly to us or request a pre-paid postal pack to securely send your watch to us.

Do you give warranty?
Yes, all of our repairs come with a 1 year warranty and a 2 year warranty on servicing.

When is payment due on repairs/service?
We take a deposit on approval of estimate, the balance is then due on completion of works.
Why is the second hand of my watch jumping?
This is a end-of-life (EOL) function. When the battery has approximately 4 weeks remaining, the watch will keep time but the second hand will jump to indicate the upcoming issue.

There are a variety of reasons this may have happened. We recommend getting your watch assessed by us to understand why.

Do you use genuine parts on my watch?
Yes, we always use genuine parts.
How often do you need your watch serviced?
Most brands recommend getting your watch fully serviced every 4-6 years.
However checks are recommended roughly every 2-3 years to ensure proper maintenance including battery, time-keeping and water resistance.
Can you check water resistance on my watch?
Yes! We can check this on-site whilst you wait.
If you regularly use your watch in water, it is recommended this is checked at least annually.
Do you service watches in-house or send the watch away?
We service all watches in house.
