Refunds & Returns

We are confident that you’ll love your purchase, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you decide to return your item, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us via email (sales@charlesmartinwatchcompany.com) or telephone at 01889 560002 to register your return. After receiving confirmation from our customer care team, items can be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery or brought to our store at the following address;

For in-store purchases, a credit note will be issued, and a restocking fee may be charged unless the item is faulty, in which case a refund will be provided. Please note that you do not have a legal right to a refund or replacement simply because you changed your mind.

If your goods are faulty, you can get an immediate refund up to 30 days after purchase. Up to six months after purchase, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also include the original packaging, certification, and accessories where applicable. For new unused watches, all factory seals must be intact to receive a full refund or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
