Pre-Paid Shipping Kit

At Charles Martin Watch Company we understand that it’s not always convenient or not all customers are able to drop their watch off in person; if that’s the case then we offer a straightforward pre-paid postal service.

When you receive the pack in the:

Please fill out the form we provided in the kit – include as much detail about the watch and of course you name contact details and return address.

Place the watch in the small bubble bag, take a picture and a small video of yourself, enclosing the watch in the shipping kit

If you then email service@charlesmartinwatchcompany.com we will send you the pre paid QR code to show at the post office. Keep a copy of the tracking reference.

Once we receive the watch

You will receive a conformation email the same day your watch arrives. This will act as your receipt and will confirm your job reference for you to us to check the status of your repair. 

Estimates

Please allow 48-72hrs to receive your email with your estimate for approval.

A £100.00 deposit will be requested upfront on all complete services. This covers the cost of parts and admin. The balance is then payable on completion.
If you do not wish to go ahead with the estimate, an admin fee £25.00 and return postage will be charged.

In cases where parts are not available and we are not able to repair the watch, we will cover the return postage fee.
